Origin: Vineyards in Rhodt and the surrounding area, grown on loess soil
Ageing: Maceration 14-18 days, aged in large wooden barrels for 12-14 months
Description of the wine: Aromas of black currant and white pepper characterize the scent. On the palate with velvety tannins in balance with the acidity and a fine woody spiciness. Very good length.
