Selected grapes from individual plots are vinified for this Pinot Noir. Vineyards with over 9,000 vines per hectare. Small berry clones from Burgundy. Wines with a lot of depth and individuality. Read by hand.
Origin: Rosengarten location, grown on loess-loess clay soil
Aging: spontaneous fermentation on the skins with partially whole grapes, 14-18 days of maceration, 12-14 months in small oak barrels
Description of the wine: dark ruby red colour. scented with sour cherries and cassis, subtle spice. Fine, structured tannins, full finish with fine acidity.
