Selected grapes from individual plots are vinified for this Chardonnay. Vineyards with over 9,000 vines per hectare. Small berry clones from Burgundy. Wine with a lot of depth and individuality. Read by hand.
Origin: Rosengarten location, grown on loess and loess clay soil
Aging : spontaneous fermentation, 10-12 months on the lees, matured in small oak barrels, bottled without filtration
Description of the wine: ripe yellow fruit, creamy and dense, fine salty acidity
