Origin: Vineyards in Rhodt and the surrounding area, grown on loess-loam soils
Expansion: 80% stainless steel, 20% large wooden barrel
Description of the wine: light, playful style with a scent of various pomaceous fruits (apple & pear), juicy acidity on the palate.
