Typical Palatinate soil types. Wine with a lot of drinking flow and Southern Palatinate charm - but also with a claim. Aged in wooden barrels.
Origin: Vineyards in Rhodt and the surrounding area, grown on loess-clay soil
Ageing: Maceration 14-18 days, 12-14 months aging in small oak barrels
Wine description: combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Dorsa, scent characterized by raspberries, blueberries and white pepper, velvety tannins on the palate and fine woody spice, stable acid structure, very good length
