Aging: spontaneous fermentation on the skins with partially whole grapes, 14-18 days of maceration, 12-14 months in small oak barrels
Description of the wine: dark ruby ​​red colour. scented with sour cherries and cassis, subtle spice. Fine, structured tannins, full finish with fine acidity.
