The white burgundy shows the structure, strength and individuality of the Rhodter vineyards. Picked by hand and spontaneously fermented in wooden barrels. Small berry clones add complexity.

Aging : spontaneous fermentation, 8-10 months on the lees, aged in oak barrels of different sizes
